An accredited executive coach and organizational psychologist. Her work sits at the intersection of psychological insight and practical coaching, enabling leaders and teams to understand what needs to change, and how to make it sustainable. She partners with organizations to build greater awareness, align intent with impact, and translate insight into measurable performance outcomes. Her experience spans senior leadership roles across the Middle East, North Africa, India, the United States, and Europe.

Jennifer’s approach is grounded in the belief that leadership change begins with awareness. Drawing on psychological science, she helps clients surface the thinking patterns, emotional drivers, and habitual responses that shape behavior under pressure and capitalize on strengths to reinforce credibility, influence, and impact.

Her style is direct, thoughtful, and empathetic. Jennifer combines rigorous listening with strategic challenge, helping leaders simplify complexity, regulate their responses, and operate with greater clarity and confidence.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Jennifer has worked across various sectors. She specializes in executive development, succession and readiness, team effectiveness, change leadership, and organizational development. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The Ohio State University.
