ABOUT ME
As an executive coach with deep expertise in organizational psychology and leadership assessment, my work sits at the intersection of psychological insight, leadership coaching, and real-world leadership demands.
Over the past several years, I have worked extensively in leadership assessment centres, executive debriefs, and leadership development journeys across complex and culturally diverse organizations. I partner with clients to move beyond dashboards, reports and scores, helping leaders make meaning of assessment insights in a way that is practical, grounded, and immediately applicable. This integration of assessment and coaching enables clearer self-awareness, more decisive judgment, and more intentional leadership behavior aligned with business priorities.
I bring more than 20 years of internal leadership and organizational experience across globally recognized organizations, including Mars Incorporated, Victoria’s Secret, The Federal Reserve Bank, Hult International Business School, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Chalhoub Group. I was recruited by the UAE Federal Government to help embed a coaching culture within the energy sector, and faculty for the Nuclear Leadership Academy. Today, I continue to serve as faculty with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
I hold a Master of Science in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, USA, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 G.P.A.
